The famous Masai Mara offers exceptional game viewing and a chance to learn about the age-old traditions of the Maasai tribe. Tanzania's vast wilderness areas includes the popular Serengeti NP and the impressive Ngorongoro Crater. Both these areas are known for their variety of game including the Big 5. The safari also visits Olduvai Gorge - one of the most important paleoanthropological sites in the world and Marangu with its coffee plantations and Chagga tribe. We had an amazing adventure with The Safari Company. Run professionally, like a well oiled machine, thanks to Andy. Great food, fantastic accommodation and an experience where the people of Africa impacted upon me most and the animal encounters came secondary. A life changing experience. We still miss Nico, the wonderful chef!! Eeeeeeeeeee!
